Question: What is OneKey for visually impaired individuals?
OneKey for visually impaired individuals is a universal Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) device developed in consultation with the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH). You can use your OneKey to access online services provided by NAF service providers.
Many Online Service Providers such as banks, insurance companies and securities trading firms now require you to key in a One-Time Password (OTP) generated by a 2FA device after the initial login.
OneKey for visually impaired individuals is specially designed with inbuilt text-to-voice feature and is programmed to read the OTP to you, among other functions.
Question: How do I register for OneKey for visually impaired individuals?
OneKey is free of charge for all eligible Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents who have been issued their ICs. You can register for and obtain the device by visiting our Customer Care Centre at Duo Galleria, 7 Fraser Street, #B3-22/23/24, Singapore 189356. Our officers will issue you with the device after verifying your identity. Question: What documents do I need for on-site registration of OneKey?
You will need to bring your NRIC to our OneKey Customer Care Centre together with your Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (“SAVH”) Client Card and / or Clinic / Medical Referral Letter to confirm visual impairment.
You will need to be at the Customer Care Centre and have these documents with you at the point of registration.

You can collect the device on the spot.
Question: How do I activate my OneKey?
An activation password would be issued to you immediately after registration. Our officers will take you through the activation process once you have been issued the device. You can also activate your OneKey at your convenience by logging into www.onekey.sg and following the step-by-step activation guide.
Do remember to have your OneKey's device serial number ready. The device serial number can be found at the back of each device in Braille.
Question: What do I do if I have misplaced or lost my OneKey?
If you’ve lost your OneKey device, please contact the OneKey Customer Care Centre HelpDesk at (65) 65663539 (OKONEKEY) or log into your OneKey account to suspend* your device using your SMS OTP (One Time Password).
To suspend means to block the use of your token for a certain period of time and you can re-activate your device for use again.
Question: What is the cost of the OneKey?
The first OneKey device is issued free to all Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents. If you have lost your OneKey or wish to replace or purchase another OneKey, you will need to pay SGD150.
Question: Is there a warranty period for my OneKey?
Your OneKey device is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of successful registration. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligent handling, misuse or lack of reasonable maintenance and care.
Question: I see '0' on the screen when I press the OTP button on my OneKey device. What does '0' mean?
Your OneKey device is running out of battery. You can obtain a replacement device from the NAF portal (https://portal.assurity.sg). After logging in, click "Get New OneKey" and follow the instructions to get your new OneKey device.
