1. You are invited by Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte. Ltd. (UEN No.: 201013383H) (“ATS”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the provision of an Enterprise Resource Planning Software-as-a-Service platform (the “System”) that possesses specified Human Resources, Finance and Contract Management functionalities, along with integrated connectivity to specified external systems or services that meets or exceeds the requirements set out in the Requirements Specification of this Tender.

2. This Invitation to Tender contains the following:
(a) Covering Letter with the prescribed Form of Tender;
(b) Part 1 Section A – Instructions to Tenderers;
(c) Part 1 Section B – Conditions of Contract;
(d) Part 2 – Requirement Specifications; and
(e) Part 3 – Guidelines for Tenderers.

3. The attached Form of Tender must be fully completed in its prescribed form.

4. Your Tender Offer must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers.
