Important announcement regarding OneKey token and NAF SMS OTP

The OneKey token and National Authentication Framework (NAF) SMS 2FA will no longer be in use from 1 April 2021.

From 1 Oct 2020, SingPass users will no longer be able to register for the OneKey token. To perform logins and transactions that require SingPass, please download and use the SingPass Mobile app. Visit for more information.

From 1 Oct 2020, Assurity will stop issuing replacement tokens, chargeable at $15 each, to SingPass users.

Existing tokens will continue to work until 31 Mar 2021

Customer Care Centre

Health screening

Your health is our priority.

In view of the recent developments concerning the Novel Coronavirus in Singapore, we are implementing the following measures at the OneKey Customer Care Centre:

- Mandatory completion of the health screening and travel declaration form

- Mandatory temperature taking

- Social distancing

You are required to complete the form and have your temperature taken before you enter our premises. Please maintain a distance of at least one metre from each other at our Customer Care Centre.

We seek your kind understanding during this process, as it may take some time to complete the temperature taking.

Do note that anyone with symptoms, a history of travelling to affected countries within the past 14 days and/or a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher will not be allowed to enter our premises.

OneKey for Visually Impaired Individuals
