Question:  What is OneKey for visually impaired individuals?
OneKey for visually impaired individuals is a universal Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) device developed in consultation with the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH). You can use your OneKey to access online services provided by NAF service providers. Many Online Service Providers such as banks, insurance companies and securities trading firms now require you to key in a One-Time Password (OTP) generated by a 2FA device after the initial login. OneKey for visually impaired individuals is specially designed with inbuilt text-to-voice feature and is programmed to read the OTP to you, among other functions.
